Owner/Staff
Glendale Gymnastics programs and training are under the direction of Gerald Spencer, a former national competitor and a fully certified coach of this sport for more than 30 years. He's been involved in gymnastics for over 40 years. He is ably assisted by his wife, Danette, who is a National Judge, with a background in dance and choreography. Their son, Drew Spencer, coaches the team and assists with classes. He is a graduate of Ohio State University, having competed 4 years with the OSU Buckeye Gymnastics team. Drew has been coaching competitive gymnastics for over 16 years. Our highly qualified staff is selected based on their ongoing training and ability to teach correct techniques and fundamentals.
